Custom Orders

All custom-cut glass products are final sales and cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.


Starlight strongly recommends that you read and fully understand our Terms and Conditions of Sale. All shipments will be made, and title and risk of loss will pass, F.O.B. Starlight’s shipping point.


The only way Starlight will accept a returned shipment if it was refused upon delivery because of any damage that may have occurred during transit. As all orders will be delivered “signature required” and any shipment accepted by signature will be considered as, “Arrived in Good Condition”, and will not be acceptable for a return.


Therefore, it is imperative that you inspect each product for damages before signing the bill of lading. Any damaged freight must be noted on the bill of lading and refused at the time of delivery to avoid being charged for the damaged freight. You, the customer, will be solely responsible for paying for the damaged freight and all subsequent charges to reorder and redeliver replacement parts if damages are discovered after the material is delivered and no damage was noted on the bill of lading.


In-Stock Products

All in-stock products (readymade glass, aluminum frames, and door hardware) have a seven (7) day return policy on purchases. Following conditions apply:


  • Returned product must be free from scratches and other defects.
  • Product must be its original packaging and in new, resalable condition.
  • Customer will arrange shipment and provide tracking information to Starlight.
  • Customer will pay return shipment fees.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. Starlight will not accept any returns after the product is installed.



Starlight will issue refunds for in-stock products that are returned per above conditions. Refunds will not to exceed the overall value of the product and will be issued in the same method of original payment.
